Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Faults
All Sun and People products include a warranty against any production defects. You may return products within 2 days of receipt if unused and in their original packaging. Upon receiving your return, we will process a refund if the product is unused and undamaged. Exchanges are not available, However, you may return eligible items for a refund to apply toward a new purchase on our website.

We strive to keep our advertised products in stock. If a product is unexpectedly out of stock, we will offer a refund. If the item is due to restock shortly, we will ship it upon arrival or provide an alternative or refund based on your preference.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
By placing an order, you offer to purchase products under these terms. All orders are subject to availability and price confirmation. The final price includes applicable UAE taxes and delivery fees. We reserve the right to refuse orders or service at our discretion.

Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirming order receipt, which does not constitute acceptance. A contract forms only upon payment approval. Orders can only be placed by individuals 18 years or older or with the supervision of a guardian.
